Last Friday was a national holiday in Denmark, and on top of that, the weather was nice and sunny. Mr. Boyfriend and I went for a walk in the beautiful weather. I wore this cute 60s dress I found in Rude on Istedgade and my new Hush Puppies from Schuh on Oxford Street.
One of my favorite places to hang out in my hood is Blågårds Plads. There’s a small football pitch where I love to sit and watch people playing football. There’s also a very good juice and sandwich place, Fresh and Fruity – it’s so much better than Joe and the Juice, and a lot cheaper too!
Mr. Boyfriend also wore new shoes:
In the evening, we went out for dinner to a place called Pony on Vesterbrogade, which was a bit of a disappointment. But afterwards we went to this great bar in Ravnsborggade called Kung Fu, where I had one of the best drinks I’ve ever tasted: Kung Foolish. It was with raspberries and licorice – so tasty I had three!
That little dress is so cute! I love the prints of the 60’s so much. The red shoes were a great way to add some color, and I also adore your bag-such a classic shape!
Thanks, Katie! I got the bag last spring in a vintage shop in Amsterdam and have love it ever since – I too fell for the shape!
