Whyyy are people doing this??? It’s one of the most horrible, cheap-looking trends in a looong time. I see it everywhere – and not just on teenagers! I don’t get it … I hated it in 2012 and I still hate it now in 2013. But just you wait for 2014, it will be sooo over and sooo last year. But I hope we don’t have to wait that long – please cut it off! I can understand teenagers doing it (I loved coloring my hair green – not just the tips, mind you), but grown-ups? Britney? Lauren Conrad? Come ooon!
