After two days with storm and snow, the sun found its way back to Copenhagen. Mr. Boyfriend and I got out and bought some delicious food for our Christmas Lunch. We do this every year: dress up and have a little Christmas party – just for us. Mr. Boyfriend gives a speech and announces the employee of the year – I won fourth year in a row, can you believe it?
Anyway, we managed to snap some outfit pictures in the snow. I’m wearing my new blue knitted dress from Rude in Istedgade. I paired it with an old favorite: my light pink/almost white kontatto shirt from Ban Suan in Elmegade. I think the delicate color goes really well with the bright blue. This shirt has some wonderful details, which don’t show in this outfit, but you can see them here and here. The boots are from Lola Ramona – very warm and comfy.
It was still quite windy, which made it difficult to get some pics without my hair blowing in avery direction. The sun was bright, but it was impossible to get a picture where my eyes were open without squinting at the sun.
My outfits are usually a combination of new items and second hand treasures – if they aren’t 100 % vintage, which is often the case. I take pride in second hand. This outfit, however, is one of the rare all first hand. Both shirt and boots are well-worn favorites, and I have a feeling the knitted dress will face the same destiny in my closet.
